I have been asked to write a bit about myself and why I am in Quantum, so here goes!

I was working as a driving instructor for one of the larger companies in Ireland when I met Steve outside one of the test centres.

I explained that my husband Graham was looking to be trained as an Instructor and wanted to know how much his company charged. Steve told me the price (which was less than I had paid). I asked could I come along to see how he taught (also to see if I could pick up some tips for myself), Steve agreed.

On the very first day of my husband's training I realised that this guy was good, and the training I had received from my company was nowhere up to the standard my husband was being taught. Steve also explained to me the Quantum system and the way it operated. By the end of the week I had made up my mind to join Quantum and haven't looked back since.

I had thought about becoming a driving instructor for some time and started looking on the internet for a company to train with. I spoke to a number of companies and decided to go with Quantum. The training I received was top class as is the support, since completing my course my first pupils have all passed. Believe me it is a great feeling, I would recommend any one looking to become a professional instructor to come and see Quantum

I Joined the Quantum team in June this year, Which I have to say was the best decision I could have made. The training I received opened up a whole new world to me and gave me the confidence to start passing that training on to others. Now when i see the joy on the face's of the people who come to me for driving lessons as they progress through each lesson I am all the more grateful to steve and his team for all their help and support I could possibly want or need. I know that they are only a phone call away, so i never feel I am out there on my own in the big bad world. I thought about becoming a driving instructor years ago but like many things I never bothered until recently! The thought came up in my head again after years of worrying about my job in construction, wheather or not I would have work next week and so on, so I needed to do something I could control myself and not worry. I found a company on the internet called Quantum, who were offering all the training from start to finish as well as constant support in between. In just one phone call I had myself booked in for training. The training was 20 hrs intense learning, but it was fitted in around my obligations, (evenings and weekends), and they came to me! I was amazed to learn how bad I was actually driving as well as all the other people on the road! Anyway I passed the assessment and was helped by Quantum to find my first customers, I quickly built up a good reputation in Kilkenny and now most of my customer base is built up off recommendations and word of mouth. I found the job to be very rewarding and could pick and choose what hours to work - perfect! So I enrolled my wife to do the training, who also passed the assessment with flying colours and is now working alongside me and around the children.
